In order for the purchaser and/or holder ("You" or "Your") of a valid Ticket to attend the Big Bond event (the "Event"), You must exchange Your Ticket for a Wristband at the Event entrance as described below. Your "Ticket" is a unique QR code issued electronically to the email address used at purchase. Upon arrival, Event staff will scan Your QR code and issue You a physical "Wristband," which is Your sole valid credential for entry and re-entry to the Event for its remainder. Once scanned, a QR code cannot be reused, reissued, or redeemed by anyone else, including You.

 

ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

The purchase and/or use of a Ticket or Wristband, and/or entry into the Event, constitutes Your unconditional acceptance to be bound by this Agreement between You and Big Bond LLC (the "Company"). If You purchase a Ticket online, You additionally accept this Agreement electronically at the point of purchase by checking the required acceptance box; Your electronic acceptance is enforceable to the same extent as a handwritten signature. For safety reasons, the Company reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation to You, to: postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the Event; totally or partially vacate the Event site; and change, modify, or alter any aspect of the Event, including the appearance, order, or lineup of any performer or artist. Promotional lineup material is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee any artist's participation or billing. EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY PROVIDED HEREIN, ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. THE EVENT IS A RAIN-OR-SHINE EVENT. If the Event is cancelled in whole or in part due to a Force Majeure Event, You will not be entitled to a refund, though the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund. A "Force Majeure Event" means an act of God, act of terrorism, earthquake, wildfire, flood, drought or burn ban, tsunami, epidemic or pandemic or other public-health emergency, strike or labor dispute, order of any court or governmental authority, severe weather threatening attendee safety, or any similar occurrence beyond the Company's reasonable control. In all instances, Your maximum remedy for any cancellation is the face value of Your Ticket, excluding fees, taxes, and service charges. The Wristband is a revocable license to attend the Event, subject to revocation and denial of admission without compensation for any violation of this Agreement, applicable law, or conduct that endangers other attendees.

 

ARTICLE 2: THE NATURE OF THE EVENT — ACOUNTABILITY
Big Bond is produced in the spirit of personal accountability. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing with event organizers, the Company is not responsible for providing food, potable water, shelter, firewood, ice, or other survival necessities. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for bringing sufficient food, water, shelter, weather-appropriate clothing, medication, and other supplies to sustain Yourself for the entire duration of the Event, plus a reasonable safety margin, and for exercising Your own judgment about Your safety and the safety of those around You. The Event takes place at an outdoor site with very limited infrastructure. You acknowledge that emergency response times may be significantly longer than in an urban area, that cellular coverage may be limited or unavailable, and that on-site medical and security staffing is limited (see Article 15). By attending, You accept full personal responsibility for Yourself, Your guests, and Your property.

 

ARTICLE 3: YOUR TICKET AND WRISTBAND

One Wristband is required per attendee and is valid only for the Event day(s) indicated on the Event website https://bigbond.us. Your Wristband is not redeemable for cash. There are no replacements for Wristbands that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged, and You unconditionally accept that risk. Because each QR code can be scanned only once, attempting to share a code after check-in will simply fail — but attempting to do so, or sharing a Wristband once issued, may result in the Company refusing entry or ejecting You without compensation. You may transfer an unused Ticket to another named individual before check-in. once a QR code is scanned and a wristband has been issued, it is personal and non-transferable. Purchase Your Ticket only through https://bigbond.us or another channel the Company has expressly authorized. Tickets from unauthorized resellers (e.g., scalpers) may be forged, duplicated, or already used. Such tickets will not be honored or refunded.

 

ARTICLE 4: ASSUMPTION OF RISK

BY ENTERING THE EVENT, YOU VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING A MULTI-DAY OUTDOOR GATHERING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Uneven, undeveloped, or unfamiliar terrain, including ravines, holes, rocks, loose gravel, and dense or thorned vegetation; -

• Extreme or rapidly changing weather, including heat, cold, high wind, rain, lightning, flash flooding, and dust;

• Heat-related illness, dehydration, hypothermia, and sun exposure; 

• Insects, snakes, and other wildlife native to the area; - Open flame, campfires, and cooking equipment, where permitted; - Generators, fuel storage, and other equipment brought on-site by the Company or by other attendees; 

• Vehicle and pedestrian traffic in parking and camping areas; 

• Amplified sound, strobe lighting, and other special effects; 

• The conduct of other attendees, including those under the influence of alcohol or other substances; 

• Exposure to communicable illness (see Article 18); 

• Limited on-site medical and security staffing and delayed emergency response due to the Event's remote location; 

• Temporary structures, stages, art installations, and shade structures; and 

• Low-visibility, nighttime conditions across the Event site

This assumption of risk applies whether the risk arises before, during, or after the Event, and whether or not caused in whole or in part by an act or omission of the Company, except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

ARTICLE 5: PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Access to the Event site may be refused to, and attendees may be removed for, conduct including but not limited to: 

• Demonstrating an intent to disturb the peace, or provoking others to do so; 

• Fighting or other disruptive behavior; 

• Displaying hate speech or hate symbols in any form; 

• Resisting the direction of Event security or organizers; 

• Refusing to declare and forfeit prohibited items (Article 6); 

• Distributing flyers, posters, or promotional material without prior written permission (contact info@bigbond.us to arrange this); 

• Any other violation of this Agreement or its spirit.

Removal from the Event under this Article is without refund and without a right of re-entry, even with a new Wristband (see Article 8).

 

ARTICLE 6: PROHIBITED ITEMS 

• Firearms or guns of any kind, including paintball, airsoft, BB guns, and air rifles, regardless of permit

• Go-carts or ATVs

• Explosives of any kind, including fireworks of any kind.

• Glitter or feathers. (See article 13)

• Laser pointers or laser devices of any kind without written consent of event organizers (Lasers can cause blinding/eye injury to performers, staff, and other attendees)

Prohibited items may be confiscated and/or discarded at the Company's discretion; the Company is not obligated to hold or return them. Bringing prohibited items may result in removal from the Event without refund.

 

ARTICLE 7: CONDUCT AT THE EVENT

While at the Event, You may not: 

• Climb the stage or any Event infrastructure

• Obstruct entrances, exits, or evacuation routes any longer than necessary; 

• Display language, images, gestures, or clothing that Event staff or security, in their sole discretion, consider obscene, racist, xenophobic, provocative, hateful, or discriminatory.

• Disturb the peace or compromise the safety of others

• Sell drinks, food, or any other product without the Company's express written consent

• Re-enter the Event after being removed or banned, even with a new Wristband

• Deface, damage, or destroy any decorations or Event infrastructure

• Litter or fail to maintain cleanliness of the site (Leave No Trace — see Article 13)

• Resist the direction of Event organizers or refuse to forfeit dangerous or off-limits items; or 

• Otherwise violate this Agreement.

You must follow the direction of Event organizers and security personnel at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the site and, if necessary, involvement of law enforcement.

 

ARTICLE 8: RE-ENTRY

Wristband holders may exit and re-enter the Event site as long as their Wristband has not been removed or tampered with. If You are removed from the Event, Your Ticket will not be refunded and You will be denied re-entry, even with a new Wristband — any such new Wristband may be seized without refund.

 

ARTICLE 9: UNAUTHORIZED SALE, TRANSFER, OR USE

Anyone caught forging, duplicating, or otherwise tampering with a QR code ticket, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorized entry to the Event, may be subject to prosecution. Counterfeit or duplicated tickets will not be honored or refunded, and Your purchase of such a ticket does not bind the Company. Anyone caught tampering with or sharing a Wristband may be immediately ejected and banned from future Events. Wristbands and Tickets may not be resold above face value without the Company's prior written permission; those that appear to have been resold in violation of this Article may be cancelled without compensation. Tickets and Wristbands may not be used in connection with any giveaway, sweepstakes, or contest without prior written Company consent.

 

ARTICLE 10: RECORDINGS AND PUBLICITY

By attending the Event, You consent to being photographed and filmed, and You grant the Company Your express consent for those images and recordings ("Footage") to be stored, transmitted, broadcast or streamed, and used or sold for archival, promotional, or commercial purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation to You. Your name, image, and likeness may be used in connection with the Footage by the Company or its affiliates, sponsors, and partners for any purpose. You waive all other rights in the Footage, including moral rights, and understand it may be used to identify and support prosecution of unlawful conduct. Unauthorized drone use and professional recording equipment are subject to the Prohibited Items policy (Article 6) unless the Company grants prior written permission. If the Company distributes cameras to attendees, this Article applies equally to any photographs taken with them.

 

ARTICLE 11: MERCHANDISE AND VENDING

You may not sell any items at the Event without the Company's prior written permission. Unauthorized sale of goods may result in removal from the Event.

 

ARTICLE 12: PARKING, CAMPING, AND VEHICLES

The Company disclaims all responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles parked or camped on or near the Event site, including any vehicle towed from the site. You are responsible for selecting a safe campsite and/or following organizer and volunteer and staff direction when directed to a campsite (avoiding ravines, fire lanes, and traffic routes), for keeping emergency access roads clear at all times, and for operating any vehicle on-site at a safe, walking-pace speed. Campfires, where permitted, are allowed only in designated areas and must be fully extinguished when unattended. The Event site is occasionally subject to a county or state burn ban; if one is in effect for the Event dates, the Company will communicate updated fire restrictions in advance through its official channels, and You are responsible for following them.

 

ARTICLE 13: LEAVE NO TRACE

You must maintain the cleanliness of the Event site and dispose of trash properly. Restroom facilities are free of charge. Bring Your own trash bags and take Your trash with You when You leave. Big Bond is a Leave No Trace event. The Company may, at its sole discretion, bill You for trash removal services if You do not remove Your own trash.

 

ARTICLE 14: EVENT SAFETY

You and all attendees must promptly alert Company personnel of any activity or condition You believe is unreasonably risky or dangerous. The Event grounds contain dry ravines of varying size that can be difficult to see at night; it is Your responsibility to wear adequate footwear and use artificial lighting to safely navigate the site after dark. Heat and dehydration are common risks at outdoor events in this region. Monitor Your own water intake and physical condition, watch out for the people You came with, and seek help early if You or someone near You shows signs of heat illness. The Company may pause, delay, or evacuate all or part of the Event due to severe weather or other safety concerns, without compensation, consistent with Article 1.

 

ARTICLE 15: MEDICAL CARE

You consent to medical care and transportation for treatment in the event of injury, as Event organizers, volunteers, police, or medical professionals deem appropriate in their reasonable discretion. This consent extends to any liability arising out of or connected with medical treatment or transportation provided in an emergency. On-site medical staffing, if any, is limited, and the nearest hospital may be some distance from the Event site. If You take regular medication or have a medical condition that could require attention during the Event, bring an adequate supply of Your medication and let a friend or campmate know about Your condition before the Event begins. You release and hold harmless the Company Parties from liability arising out of or connected with the Company's actions or omissions related to Your medical care, except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct. You recognize that hazards and risks of physical injury or illness cannot all be eliminated, and You voluntarily assume the full risk of death, bodily injury, or property damage of any severity that may result from Your attendance.

 

ARTICLE 16: NO MINORS

The Event is restricted to attendees 21 years of age or older. No one under 21 will be admitted for any reason, regardless of accompaniment by a parent or guardian. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in, and admission will be refused to anyone unable to provide it or who appears to be under 21.

 

ARTICLE 17: ALCOHOL — BRING YOUR OWN, PARTAKE AT YOUR OWN RISK

The Event is BYOB. The Company does not sell or serve alcohol and does not supply it to attendees. If You choose to bring or consume alcohol, You must be 21 years of age or older, You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and You do so entirely at Your own risk. You are solely responsible for Your own decisions regarding alcohol consumption, for monitoring Your own limits, and for the consequences of Your consumption, including any effect on Your ability to safely navigate the Event site described in Article 14. Providing alcohol to anyone under 21, public intoxication that disrupts other attendees or compromises safety, and possession or use of illegal controlled substances are grounds for immediate removal from the Event without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

 

ARTICLE 18: COMMUNICABLE ILLNESS

Any place where people gather carries an inherent risk of exposure to communicable illness, including seasonal illnesses and emerging infectious diseases. By attending the Event, You voluntarily assume all risk of such exposure and release the Company Parties from related liability, except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct. If You are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to a contagious illness, the Company strongly encourages You to stay home.

 

ARTICLE 19: INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE

Big Bond is a Big Bond LLC project. You indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its representatives, officers, directors, owners, members, trustees, agents, attorneys, employees, successors, and assigns, Event sponsors and promoters, and performing artists and their staff (collectively, the "Company Parties") from any loss, liability, damage, or cost arising out of or related to Your actions or omissions at, around, or while traveling to or from the Event. YOU WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Company Parties for any claim of any kind — known or unknown, in law or equity, in contract or tort — arising out of or related to the Event, including the risks described in Article 4 (Assumption of Risk), except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY PARTIES OR THEIR SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AND SPONSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE EVENT OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED AT THE EVENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY. THE COMPANY PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR: (A) ANOTHER ATTENDEE'S FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES; (B) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE RESULTING FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE; (C) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT; OR (D) LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED TICKETS OR WRISTBANDS, OR STAFF FAILURE TO HONOR ONE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE EVENT IS TO LEAVE. THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW PERMITS. ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE BY YOU.

 

ARTICLE 20: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS YOU UNDERSTAND THAT, WITHOUT THIS WAIVER, YOU COULD BE A PARTY TO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. BY ATTENDING THE EVENT, YOU ACCEPT THIS WAIVER AND CHOOSE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM DECIDED INDIVIDUALLY. The Company is not liable for any claim unless written notice is given within six (6) months of the date of loss, and no suit may be maintained against the Company unless commenced within one (1) year after the Event. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute must be brought only in the courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise specified. The parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. The Company and the Company Parties are not responsible, financially or otherwise, for any items left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged, or misplaced anywhere at the Event site, regardless of fault or reason. Losses under this Article are subject to Article 19. This Agreement, together with anything it references, is the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings, written or oral, that conflict with it. You confirm there are no other agreements between You and any Company Party. You agree to be bound by any future additions or modifications to this Agreement, posted at this website address, without further notice to You. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions stay in full force. The Company's failure to enforce, or selective enforcement of, any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
